This document sets out the shipping  and returns/refund policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at https://www.micheledebeer.com . If you have any questions, please use our contact form on the website.

1.1 Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use services from AnPost (Ireland) registered post international for both domestic and international shipping. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you select the Standard Shipping option we will not be responsible for your parcel once it has been sent. We suggest you select a Secure Shipping option if you would like to track your parcel.

Estimated delivery times are: 1-3 days for Ireland & UK, 2-4 days for Europe and 7-10days for the rest of the world.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

1.2 Order Processing Time
​

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

1.3 Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
​

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

1.4 International Orders
​

For all European and International purchases, we will use AnPost registered post international dependent on your choice at the checkout phase of purchase. If you select the Standard Shipping option we will not be responsible for your parcel once it has been sent. We suggest you select a Secure Shipping option if you would like to track your parcel.

For completely accurate shipping costs please view shipping costs at checkout. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If you select a Secure Shipping option the with tracking information will be included in your email confirmation. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

1.5 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
​

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

​2.1 Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 - Product is defective

 - Product must be in original packaging

 - Product must be unused

 - Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

​2.2 Proof of purchase

 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

 

2.3 Sale and clearance items

 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

 

2.4 Return Shipping items

 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

 

Returns can be mailed to: Return Shipping Address. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

 

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

2.5 International Shipping

 

International Customers will have 7 days from receipt of goods to apply for a refund.
